yep can do that. I'll just take a swack of pictures. it's likely I could figure it out myself now that I know it's a 73 mm... duh! But, it's probably good for some second opinions.. and not the LBS!

I'll get them tomorow. I'm not at home with my baby. I'll take a picture with cranks on, picture with cranks off.. and picture of crank arms spacers and such.

that's what they call it.. I have one spacer driveside, and the second spacer is played by the roll of the bb/iscg adaptor. WE call it press fit round these parts.

Hey Hey now, I set it up... ahahahaha. I took it into the shop after the alignment seemed really off... and they never caught the fact that everything was wrong. I shouldacaught on after 2 bb's breaking
. I can take it apart and photo it all for you

can I do that? I didn't know that was an option, I thought I had the maximum ammount of crank spacers on there already

1 non drive side, 2 drive side including the e13spacer thing, and than the crank spacers. But that set up is wrong!

bb mount, it's like spaced out as far as it can be from the cranks right now... taking out the extra spacer will probably prove to be disasterous for chainguide

Lets see theoretically I buy the needle kit... which happens to be 21.85mm wide and my bushings are 40mm and 36mm. If I were to send you my bushings I use now, would you be able to machine off the eyelet part and get them to be 9.075mm for the bottom ones and 7.075mm wide for the top? If that is possible, I'm orderin up

oh, so going from a 2 hour -4 deg. fahrenheit ride to putting the bike in my room temperature basement won't make my hydro brakes collect air / leak oil from the pistons onto the pads, etc.?

nice, thanks for the tip, I have a friend who lives up in the front range, so thats the convenience, is a place to stay, but I'll check out peublo. I lack a car at the moment, so all I've ridden thus far have been loops starting from the city, or taking the trials bike into town... Most western riding is better that what I've had living in NC for the past couple years. I love real mountains.

resident tech expert, i was wondering if you could help me out here... is it a bad idea to ride in sub-zero temperatures with hydraulic brakes and suspension fork but always store the bike indoors immediately afterwards? does that constant/sudden temperature change affect the hydraulic pistons/seals/anything in a negative manner?

nice new rig man, those pics from the maiden voyage? i just got out to durango yesterday, there is still sick riding around here-sometimes cold... I want to head out to the front range, and see what's available, but doubt i'll be able to actually ride until next summer.

I said something outrageous to Laurie. Then I got a real 5 day ban, from her, that ban ended today, but it appears I am still banned from the BaR and she won't respond to my PM's or noteboard.

I guess none of that material you were milling out was hydroformed or anything then? It's good that you're comfortable skimming down a rear triangle but many of us would end up killing ourselves.... heh.

If the Gold outer tube is loose in the shock body. Take the spring off and use a rubber strap wrench and tighten the gold outer tube clockwise.
